Dean and his team are top notch! I highly recommend them! From my very first phone call to my final email they have always been there for me. They are extremely knowledgeable in knowing which Dr's can help get you the best care! I completely trust them to give you the best care and representation you deserve, just like they did for me! Thanks Margolis Law Office!

My situation was complicated. There were some irritating aspects to my case that had nothing to do with my lawer team. Everything in the end was handled as expertly as possible. Everything they could do they did. I have no complaints at all with Margolus Law Firm. I will reccomend using them to anyone in need of a injury lawyer.

Dean and his staff have been instrumental in my case and if I had not hired Margolis law firm I believe the outcome would have been much different. Everytime something needed to be addressed they were on it. They never gave up even when it seemed like that there be no end to the case. To Dean and everybody at Margolis law firm thank you very very much for everything.

After contacting Dean, I did nothing! Everything was taken care of at that point. I should have called him months earlier. Don't make my mistake. Thank you Dean and your staff for everything.

Constantly tried to pressure me to sign a settlement that didn't even have my name signed correctly he's a typical ambulance chaser just looking to get you in and out and settle as fast as he can if I could rate him lower I would went through a mediation with him and he didn't listen to a word I said fired him shortly after and went with a guy who listened to me and actually helped me get the care I needed and a real settlement I would not recommend Dean Margolis to my worst enemy

I not once received a call or talked to Dean about my case until 30 minutes before my Stipulation. When I answered the phone all I heard was “Ummmm, ummmm, ummmm” for 20 minutes. No “Hello”, or “This is Dean”, just a bunch of “Ummmm’s”. My stomach dropped thinking this was the incompetent lawyer representing me on my case. Again, didn’t talk to him or discuss what would happen during Mediation when that came up. Was just sent a xeroxed generic copy of what to expect during a mediation. Didn’t know what we would be asking for as or how much I should expect in settlement. 30 minutes before the assigned time I again got a call, “Ummmm, ummmm, ummmm” for 15 minutes and then, “I’ll call you back, I have to go to the bathroom”. Never received that call back and called him 5 minutes before Mediation was supposed to start. “I tried calling you”. “No you didn’t” was my response. He told me before we started, the only time I actually got to express any concerns or needs, that he would also get me the $4,000 to cover my deductible for surgery. He started out the negotiations at $95,000. Again, my stomach dropped. Just for wage loss alone I was expecting at least $65-70,000, plus the wage loss for the 6 weeks of unpaid work for both of my jobs after I had surgery to recover. Plus I was having partial knee replacement surgery soon, a full knee replacement surgery in 10-15 years once that wore out, and guaranteed arthritis in my knee (Permanent Partial Disability). Not to mention the emotional and mental toll this had on me for the past year and a half (which I know wouldn’t and couldn’t be paid for). The other side came back at $5,000 for their starting point. I audibly laughed. My lawyer dropped it by $5,000 to $90,000. The other lawyer came back at $6,000. This went back and forth with Dean always dropping by $5,000 and the other lawyer only going up by $1,000. I even at one point asked Dean to stop going down by $5,000 each time if the other side was only going up by $1,000. He said, “that wouldn’t be professional if we did that also”. It’s my money you’re throwing away, not yours assclown! I was disgusted when we settled at $31,250 and was told after Dean’s fee, I would only be getting $25,000. Not even a third of my lost wages. I emailed Dean twice after Mediation to confirm that in addition to the $25,000, they would also be covering the $4,000 deductible for surgery. No response. Then I got an email to sign the settlement from his secretary. #2 on the checklist of things I was supposed to initial was “Has the Stipulation for Settlement been explained to you by your attorney?” No, no it absolutely hasn’t! I emailed his secretary asking if the deductible was being taken care of. She emailed back and said it wasn’t. So, now instead of getting $25,000, I was only getting $21,000 because of the deductible that I would now have to cover. Not to mention the deductible I’ll have to cover in 10-15 years when I have to have a full knee replacement when this partial wears out. So really, I’m only getting $17,000. And then, because my first surgery was right before my YTD switched over, I am actually having to pay another $4000 deductible for the physical therapy appointments. Plus the 6 weeks of unpaid leave I had for both of my jobs as I went through rehab and recovery which I estimated at about $8,500. So, $17,000-$4,000-$8,500= $4,500. That’s what Dean got me, $4,500!!! I emailed Dean and his secretary telling them how unimpressed I was with the whole process and with how my concerns and needs were never met, much less discussed. Dean’s email back: “OMG.  A deal is a deal and would likely have received nothing and still owed the deductible if we had gone to trial.” That coming from a “professional”. What a bottom feeding leech! Unless you enjoy a schmuck who’s had people blowing smoke up his ass his entire life, take my advice and stay the hell away from Dean and Hey Workers. I guarantee any other lawyer will do you better. (Wish I could give 0 stars)

Dean stuck with me through a lot! And he did what no one else could. That’s the main man right there. Thank you Dean for keeping me informed through everything all this time and getting it handled asap at every checkpoint. He made sure I wasn’t eaten up by the wolves. And a very big thank you to his team to.
