I've never dealt with a workers compensation case before so I didn't know how to handle things, but thanks to Dean and his team, they walked me through the whole process and did a great job of explaining things in a manner that made it easy for me to understand. Dean is very thorough at what he does and he helped me reach a nice settlement from my previous employer that I'm very happy with. Dean Margolis knows Work Comp law and works diligently for you, however a 20% fee is excessive. Not even a realtor charges that, but I guess it’s the going rate.
