I had both a patent and trademark question reached out on their contact us page on their website. One of their lawyers (Tom) emailed me within 5 minutes and I was able to set up a telephone meeting that day. Tom let me know that filing a patent application was not an option but going after various trademarks was the better choice for me. He even checked whether some trademarks were available. He was very generous with his time and I eventually decided to file a trademark right away and wait on two others. I definitely would recommend this firm and ask for Tom if he's available.
