matt and his team where great to work with made this very easy for me

Their website claims to have exceptional client dedication, yet it was recommended to me that my case wouldn't be a good fit because I have had three attorneys already. Yet, those three attorney's quit their firm, or were fired, which is no fault of mine. I had to stay where my retainer was. Are there no ethical attorney's out there anymore?

They work hard for you

I had so much hope that this place was going to be able to help settle my legal issues. Unfortunately the two times I had scheduled a consultation they didn't show, I was still willing to work with them even after not having any phone calls returned and being stood up. When I finally got a hold of someone they accused me of not remembering a phone call stating they weren't able to work with me but weren'table to give me the certain date, I was also told my refund for the consult was given the on the 21 st of June when my first consult was missed yet on the receipt that I had to ask for it stated it was refunded 5 minutes after our last phone call (June 6th) and would take 3-5 business days... In my opinion I assume that because I shared I didn't have a ton of money to blow that they decided I was not worth their time and just wanted to avoid telling me this instead of being straight forward.

I have been working with Atticus for 3 years. I specifically chose Atticus Family Law due to the sense of integrity I got from our initial meeting, and the care with which they handled the case. I knew that what was best for my kiddo was what mattered to them. I was treated like a human being under duress and met with understanding. My emails and requests were responded to with urgency. First I had a complicated parenting time case, and then a separate divorce. Matt, Carina, and I were handling both at the same time with 2 different opposing parties. I was beyond stressed while also working and parenting, yet we got through it. I am satisfied with where we ended up in these matters and attribute that to the fact that Atticus Family Law cared about my family and our future. Matt also wrote a book for his clients that has a wealth of information about family law matters and common concerns and questions about parenting time, which I have found so useful and given to another family member going through a divorce. I would highly recommend this family law firm.
