Spent quite a bit of time looking for the right attorney to assist my wife and I with estate planning. We selected Rachael Kennedy to be our lawyer. She was quite thorough, well organized, and would discuss issues in a manner we could understand. Quite pleased with the level of counseling and the final documents. I certainly would recommend her.

Tom and his team did a great job helping my family get some much needed paperwork completed. He is very kind and puts in the time. He doesn't try to push you to do something you don't need. At the end of the day, everyone at some point will need these kind of services and Tom and his office is the best place to go.

My case was inappropriate for Rachael Kennedy's firm, but it was a pleasure and an honor to be aable to speak with her. She was honest, kind, listened well and really understood my situation.
