Rachael Kennedy and her staff went above and beyond what we would consider the normal expectation for effort in order to assist our family with reinstating a guardianship for a severely mentally ill member of our family. Rachael and her staff were there to advise us when logistics became difficult and always responded quickly with any questions or concerns. She is smart, highly skilled and knowledgeable in addition to being empathetic. I would highly recommend Rachael to anyone who needs an attorney for a family law matter.

Mr. Luckenbill immediately made us feel comfortable and expertly guided us through the intricate process of creating wills and a living trust. He explained options, was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood everything clearly. I would highly recommend him and have done so already.

We went to Tom to revise my mom's estate planning and we couldn't be happier. Tom and his paralegal, Allison, were both professional and sincere. I truly felt they had our best interest at heart. Tom was always available when we had questions and always responded quickly to every phone call, email and text we sent him.
