Rachael goes above and beyond to listen to her clients, potential clients, and anyone involved in the cases that she is working. She is professional, organized, and detailed in her work. She gives her professional opinion but listens and works with you to reach YOUR goal and end result. When looking for an attorney, I heard amazing reviews of Rachael Kennedy, I was shocked to see her rating on here was less than a 5 star. But reading through the reviews you quickly learn that it is the person she didn't represent that was less than thrilled with her work. I would be willing to bet the person that she did represent in those cases were more than happy with the end result based on the reviews and comments below. I would highly recommend Rachael to anyone seeking legal council.

We needed help with setting up our business and Thomas Luckenbill helped us with filling some of the necessary forms. I don't believe this is an area he normally works in but as he has done this work before, and he made sure ours was handled correctly. Mr Luckenbill also answered some questions on what needed to be reviewed regarding my parents trust and wills. As my parents did not live in the area, he was able to help us locate an attorney in their city and helped us to be knowledge about what help we were looking for.

Mr. Luckenbill helped me do my LLC for when I started my massage business up January 2018. He got my LLC done in a timely manner. He was available to answer any question I had through email or over the phone. He explained everything out to me as I was all new to this on anything that I didn't understand. Not to mention he is very professional and a nice guy to work with.
