I left a message with Mr. Martin’s office seeking legal advice concerning a real restate transaction. I promptly received a call from Mr. Martin and I explained the situation and the terms of the purchase contract. Since this was an out of state sale, Mr. Martin recommended that I contact an attorney from that state, who would be more familiar with the laws of that state. I expected the conversation to end at that point, but he expressed concerns about the terms of the sale and continued on with the conversation, giving me great legal advice concerning this transaction. I was very impressed, and should I need legal advice in the future, I will be sure to call his office. I certainly recommend that you give Mr. Martin’s legal office a call should you be in need of an attorney.

In 2017 my wife and I were getting ready to sell our property. We had a neighbor’s fence encroaching approximately 3 feet and listed on surveys. I Offered the neighbor to move at my expense, give property or purchase property to resolve. Neighbor selected to do nothing over a period of 24 months. Stephen Martin helped with letters and reassured me of my rights. He helped my wife and I understand our options to resolve. With the steps taken I was able to force the neighbor to move the fence, but it took some legal help and pressure from police. He clearly defined my rights. He was available to discuss the issue, responsive, knowledgeable, and well mannered. His letters, calls and negotiation with neighbor’s attorney help to resolve the issue the issue.
