Non-responsive and no follow through on legal matters. Was issued a letter and requested to blindly sign regarding estate issues, requested additional information via our family lawyer and never received a response. It’s been months with numerous follow-ups and empty promises by him to send the information “right away.”

Mr. Rubin helped me with an auto accident. He was straight forward an made sure he kept in contact with me when any new information would pop up, he would contact me right away. I was purchasing the house of my dreams & needed some legal advice. I called Stephen's office & my experience started off ideally with the receptionist being very polite. Then the experience continued to be what every customer would want, a quick callback. Then Stephen gave me a free consultation, while actually listening to my issues patiently. Lastly, I needed some quick legal advice again just weeks later & again it was an ideal, professional exchange with his staff & Stephen. I highly recommend Stephen's office for legal advice.
