My case manager took down all the necessary information that is vital to my case. No updates, in fact, I'm still getting text messages as though my case is brand new and untouched. My question is, is my case just sitting in a file on someone's desk or is it actually being worked on. I have no opinion until my case is 100% resolved. These surveys are entirely too early!
