Very friendly. Made consultation very painless and easy.
Update: though they are very friendly i didn’t really feel like i was a priority. I knew my case probably wasn’t as big as some other cases they have but communications were definitely not what they could have been just to be told 2 yrs later that my case wasn’t going to get the results they expected and they were withdrawing. Honestly disappointed especially after having to miss work and spend so much money getting treatments all while pregnant.
