In my 37 years of practicing law, I have encountered many good attorneys but only a few outstanding ones. Leigh Joy Carson tops the list .Leigh Joy is extremely bright and is strategic in representing her clients whether initiating a case or defending one. I have opposed her in Court and also engaged her as co-counsel. In addition, I have referred clients to her when I could not represent them. I cannot recommend a lawyer more highly than to trust my own clients to her.

Our daughter attempted to retain Leigh Carson to handle her divorce and child custody matters. In their initial interview, Leigh told our daughter that she was not ready to proceed with divorce and deal with the court system. Our family had no previous experience with family court. Her initial counsel has proved to be invaluable over these past several years. When our daughter had exhausted all avenues of reconciliation, she retained Leigh to represent her in divorce proceedings. Leigh punctually made the scheduled court appearances. It was obvious that she was well prepared and capable. She and Pam Ohlendorf responded to telephone calls, emails and text messages.
