I found Leigh's firm through a google search, as I was interested finding the right representation that could do a handful of very specific things for me. First and foremost was making sure my kids were put first. I asked Leigh to help me fight for what was right, for what was fair to everyone to be honest with me (if I was being too stubborn or overly fair) and guide me to make sure that I made sound decisions when emotionally, I had no capacity to do so. Pam in the office is so friendly, and incredibly organized and really kept me on track when everything got overwhelming... she is a true asset to that firm! The fact is - no one wins in divorce. When each side thinks things are unfair is probably when its most fair for everyone. My ex had no interest in anyone but herself, self preservation if you will... and there are attorneys that certainly thrive on people like that ... but that attorney could also make things a lot worse for everyone in the family. I hired Leigh to ensure my kids had a voice and as a father, both my and the family was balanced and best represented... Divorce gets nasty folks, no two ways about it. Leigh advised me, found me help when I needed it, was a great listener, and was the biggest supporter of mine... she truly fought for the family. So, if you want someone to be on your side... and truly are a big enough person to put your family first - then you need to talk to Leigh. Two years have gone by now and we still check in with each other to get updates on the kids, my well being and life in general. Divorce is most hard on the kids... my kids had a tough road... no doubt... but they are ok now. So the real question is - what do you really want out of your divorce proceedings... what outcome can you live with? Today, when my head hits the pillow each night, I sleep like a baby... that's a fact.

Joe was originally assigned at my military defense lawyer when I was facing serious charges from the Army after being cleared by local law enforcement in 2012. Unfortunately, he transitioned to civilian law midway through my case. He continued to be a passionate advocate and confidant while setting realistic expectations for the duration of our relationship. Ultimately, I was cleared of all sexually assault allegations but found guilty of consensual sodomy (a crime not recognized by any jurisdiction but the Military at the time). Because of Joe, I received the vindication I sought for almost 7 years and can now be proud of my military service and released from the resentment and bitterness of the last 7 years.
