The attorneys and staff are extremely helpful. The attorneys answered my questions in a timely manner, explained the process in detail and took my case to trial. Mr. Boevingloh obtained a final judgment in my favor. I can’t stress how important it is to have a lawyer when you are faced with lawsuits and Boevingloh & Pliakos can help.

Hired Kris for a personal debt matter with a very big company. It took time, as these things do, but he was able to reach a settlement agreement I could manage with what limited resources I have. He's been very communicative, easy to work with and definitely very helpful. Knowing he was already familiar with the "other team" was probably the biggest selling point and he knew exactly how to read the situation.. when and how much to push and when to pull back a little. I will continue with his firm on other personal matters, if possible, moving forward with the anticipation that the relationship will continue in the same manner. I truly value and appreciate what he's accomplished for me when I genuinely needed help.

I owed Discover about 6k and they tried to sue me. I mean Kris was okay, It cost me 1,4k up for him and he settled my case for $3,200 which he received 10% of as well. So over all Kris got paid $1,720 on top of what i had to pay Discover which was $3,200 so total of $4,920. If I were to do it again i think i would want someone who would fight for me a bit more other wise its not worth the money. Should have just paid Discover the 6k and been done with it.
