I was defrauded by Dan Friedman, I fired him at mediation with Insurance Attorneys in written form and verbally in view of Friedman Law Office staff, The Insurance Co. attorneys, the mediator and my self with Dan Friedman, who did sign my written note of firing him and I refused the insurance co. settlement. Dan Still took a settlement w/o Me Agreeing-AFTER- he signed note that stated I fired him and I refused the Ins Co settlement! I’ve had to sue him- u can look into the Appeallate Courts for more information.

Handled an accident case for my son. You hope you never have to use their services, but if you do; you won’t find a better law firm.

I was car accident a month ago, other car hit behind my car when trying to call the police,other driver got out and told me please don’t call the police i don’t want my insurance going up I am going to fix your car and then I agree if she can fix my car. I took her license number plate number and told her if you’re not fix my car I may report it. She’s agreed that but after week by week I tried to contact her never answered my phone and reported to LPD they told me I have to report at the same time if not they can not help in the next day, you have to hire lawyer to suit her if you want to. I went to Friedman law office to suit her but they also told me if you don’t have police report and injury we cannot help you. It’s a big lesson for me for justice…..

There I was,on a trip 100s of miles from my home, and was hit by a person causing $20.000 damages to my truck. I didn't know any dealers,or who I could get help from. A lawyer from Friedman law offices contacted me, and offered some help,no charge up front. I was hurt,but I had to waite 5 weeks for my truck to get fixed. This law suit took 3 years due to the covid plan-demic. I had 2 collapsed disks in my neck,and had to wait for surgery. My lawyer fought for me obtaining the maximum amount from the other parties insurance. This accident has affected my health and future. As people age,your body goes downhill.
