Best lawyer I ever saw. I went from not seeing my daughters for a whole year, to getting them almost every day. I have a son by another woman and John was able to get me full custody of him. I owe him more than he charged me. To have all my kids back is priceless.

What can I say, this is one fantastic lawyer. John did a fantastic job and his partner Jill is really top notch. i could not be happier with my choice.

Divorce is a tough process and Mr. Kinney helped ease the process. His first meeting was comfortable and I left with a good understanding of what to expect. The set fee was nice to know cost upfront. He was easy to contact and available when needed. His staff was very pleasant and helpful. No voice mail and always someone available to answer questions. We wanted the divorce to go smoothly and quickly and he helped make this happen. The final decree was thorough and complete. The office atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. I would highly recommend Mr. Kinney.

So far I have been very pleased with the service I have received from John Kinney and his staff. My divorce is not final at this point, but John listens to my concerns and has been good at explaining the process. I have received responses to my emails and phone calls within a short period of time.

Tough to get straight scoop on attorneys via internet reviews- ie AVVO- they pay to play- they can delete reviews they don't like. John is a jack of all trades, master-of-none, attorney. Doesnt return calls or correspondence well. Doesnt really work the case unless he is spoon fed. Likes to intimidate in front of his client- short man syndrome. Mediocre attorney.

After working with another lawyer previously for years on a continuous custody battle with ex wife; the "seasoned" lawyer at that time passively represented my case and I felt disappointed. I did my research and found John Kinney and soon had him work on my case for custody of my child. John dug deep to gather all facts and evidence and assertively represented me to turn my circumstances around help me win custody of my child. After only working with John for a short amount of time, he did a better job than that of my former lawyer. I am thankful for Mr. Kinney and would recommend him to anyone.

John Kinney is a top notch attorney, he took on my very complex divorce case and guided me at every turn to maximize my outcome. Razor sharp is the way I would describe his skill, at every step in the process he provided excellent council and keen insight to generate results. Divorce is a difficult time, John's experience and professionalism made this awful process bearable.

He started out as a lawyer but has become a friend to us. He cares about our problem and does whatever he can to help. He listens and gives excellent advice. He gets the job done and done very well. John was great, I mean great. My Ex endorsed him as the best attorney, she was correct. I would like to think my case was special, but it wasn't, I truly think I had great-I mean great representation. I was terrible as a client and he stuck with me and feel like I won in no win situation. He did a good job-I'd hire him again, but I'll never get married again so call him, while you're pissed and want your soon to be ex to pay, he's going to use a clear mind and help. Thank you John

John Kinney was very helpful in listening to my situation and advising a plan of action. He was empathetic to my case yet very honest about what to expect from the other side. John is a flat rate lawyer He tells you up front what it's going to cost to reach a certain point in your case ,unlike other firms that want you to keep throwing money in an account and can't even tell you how much more it's going to cost. John also knows what's important to the judge to win your case . He saves his client time ,money,and frustration. I wish I would have found him first. I send all my friends to him
