I hired Jill Mason to represent me in my divorce and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Jill was a true professional and was responsive, intelligent, diligent, and was everything I was looking for during a stressful time. Jill also found an error that was made during the time prior to me hiring her and worked diligently to get it corrected. This error would have been extremely costly to me if she didn’t find it and get it fixed. John Kinney and Kinney Law, Let this letter serve as notice that I am discontinuing my service with Kinney Law. I’m very dissatisfied with the service that was provided to me. I have only spoken with you twice, John. Once at our initial consultation which I paid $150 and the other was at the temporary custody hearing. You screen my calls and do not answer my e-mails. It’s the 21st century, I can provide proof of these accusations. I’ve spent $4,000; and what have you done to get me to see my child or to get my divorce processed? Google has much more of a help than you or anyone in your office to navigate this process. You have failed at the task in which I hired you for, which was to represent me.
