I have used John Kinney twice for legal services and have been extremely please with the results. John and his staff were very professional yet very compassionate and friendly. I should have listened to my mother and hired a male lawyer. She dropped the ball several times, didnt document my family plan, incompetence is what I was left with. Honestly the male wa sa pretty sharp and I wish I would have hired him.

In what could have been a long and emotional process, John and Wendi made it as smooth and easy as it could possibly be. Everyone has a story. And a long one at that. What I wanted was for my custody battle to be over with as soon as possible to avoid further damage to my sanity and for the sake of my child. It was very speedy after I walked into John's office. He put a motion in for a hearing within 6 months the whole thing was over. He did a brilliant job during depositions and was more than prepared. I feel we got what we needed down for the record should any future instances arise. I could always reach John in a timely manner when I needed to consult with him. His paralegal Wendi is an angel. Kind and caring. Exceptional. The office has a great feel to it when you walk in the door. Not your typical law office. My case had pretty extreme emotional abuse going on. That, in court can be like fencing a ghost. John, his office, and his whole team are just all around brilliant. I wish I could tell you who not to hire as I have been down that road. But I can say John is the best lawyer I have had. I would hire him again. And plan to for future instances with the individual who is my ex should the occasion arise.
