Shook & Stone was supposed to do my appeal for disability and they dropped the ball. I had SSA call me today and they were wondering why I sent a paper to them because I had no open case. They said that no appeal was filed.

This is an amazing team. Everyone was so nice and extremely patient. Suzy handled my case..she was amazing, she kept me updated and I never had to call the office. I was pleasantly surprised when my case was done so quickly and with the best results ever!! I also noticed how compassionate the office workers were to the people in their community which melted my heart - if you want an awesome compassionate team that won’t try taking all your money this is the place!!! I’m actually going to miss them:(
