Shook and Stone were so helpful after my car was totaled in an accident. They helped me get medical care for my neck, and a settlement for all the pain it caused, as well as generally helping me contact everyone who needed to be. Everyone was professional but kind, and I’m so grateful they were there for me during this very stressful time.

Quiero dar las gracias a Shook y Stone por todo el servicio brindado. Después de mi accidente en mi trabajo en la construcción me sentía perdido, no hablaba el idioma y no sabia por donde empezar. Me recomendaron con Shook y Stone, al momento de hablar e atendieron en Español, muy serviciales. Los recomiendo al 100% todo el personal muy agradable.

Shook & Stone is the best in the valley. They helped me with my car accident case. While driving in Pahrump Nevada was hit by a driver that was on her cellphone while driving. Very happy with the outcome.

So far it's been a sub par experience.. doesn't call me back when they say they're going to and then the intake person has her kid yelling.

I can't even get a response regarding my direct deposit. After being assured by James, their office would assist me. Due to my cancer I'm unable to speak for period of time. NOW I FIND OUT I HAVE BEEN "BLOCKED" BY PAOLA THE PERSON WHO WAS HANDLING MY CASE??? NOR WILL ANYONE ANSWER MY SIMPLE QUESTION EMAILED TO THE GENERAL ADDRESS.. I HOPE I DONT GET "BLOCKED" FROM IT AS WELL. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS??
