Excellent customer service and professional demeanor. I had a difficult case involving multiple parties that took their experience to finally resolve. They always returned calls and emails whenever I had a question. Plus they would always reach out to me with any updates they had. At the end of the day, they made the process easy and got me the money that I was entitled too. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you shook and stone.

If they were less than Zero starts thats what I will star my experience, since you call for the first time, you will speak with one of the head lawyers from this firm, you will EVER speak with them, my case wan manage for almost a year from a case handler called Nathan, which the only way to know a status of my case was to call them, otherwise I will never hear of any info of my case, I had to even go personally to the office to speak with one of the main lawyers, later on this case manager Nathan was fired and transfer me with another case manager Suzy, after a year almost all settlement was eat up with doctor appointments, they were going to settled case for less than 2000 dlls and I was going to be negative on this case. They even forgot to deduct a lab bill and took the 600 dlls after case being settle obviously with the laughtable settlemente they left me with. Make yourself a favor and don't hire this firm.

I would highly recommend this place, they are super efficient and very helpful especially finding the right doctors and guiding me through the process. I want to give a special thanks to Liza, Yuri and Maricela.

My daughter was injured on the job at her dental office working outside of her job description and the company let her go. She went to the Urgent Care they indicated to her she had carpal tunnel and tore a ligament in her wrist. She had to use her own insurance the dentist office she worked for did not cover anything. Nathaly Quezada said email c4 form and any paper work. They had everything for 2 weeks indicating the attorneys were going over everything and they would let us know if they could take the case. After about 2 weeks she said come on into the office and indicated that they were taking the case I asked ask directly are you taking the case now and she said we wouldn't have you come into the office if we weren't it was a total sales pitch. So we go in thinking we're going to sign to get started and one of the attorneys assistance looks at all the paperwork and says let me show the attorneys so they can go over it I said wait a minute we waited 2 weeks you guys went over all this we're here thinking you're taking the case she says well Natalie didn't say we're taking the case. So how to make a long story short they aren't taking the case I felt like I was a customer at a used car lot you know when they say just come on in and we'll see if you pass credit just to get you in there. Ridiculous!! Wasted our time and money and gas insinuating they were going to take the case and getting us excited I even told Natalie this made our entire year she couldn't go back to work lost all use of the hand and then they wrongfully terminated her. Just simply ridiculous thanks for wasting our time Shook and Stone. You had all that paperwork for 2 weeks you couldn't tell us this over the phone.
