If I could give Shook & Stone 20 stars I would! I am glad I listened to my friend to go to Shook & Stone. Words cannot describe what they have done for me. I am very happy with their help for my worker's comp case. They truly care about their clients. I highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Shook & Stone!

Writing this review is difficult and disheartening, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Shook and Stone Law Firm. From the outset, they failed to listen to my concerns and prioritize my needs as a client. I expressed my dissatisfaction and intention to seek representation elsewhere due to the lack of progress on my case. Despite my reservations, my attorney assured me that they only needed a few more months to complete my case. However, this promise turned out to be nothing but empty words. Instead of resolving my case within the promised timeframe, Shook and Stone Law Firm sent me an offer to close my case. Naively, I signed off on the offer, believing that the end was finally in sight. Little did I know that this would mark the beginning of an unnecessary and prolonged delay. Despite my repeated requests to close the case, my attorney chose to ignore me, prolonging my ordeal and exacerbating my frustration. This blatant disregard for my wishes and the agreed-upon timeline reflects poorly on the professionalism and integrity of the firm. To add insult to injury, when I raised concerns about the extended wait time and requested a reduction in their fee, Shook and Stone Law Firm displayed a shocking lack of empathy and understanding. In conclusion, my experience with Shook and Stone Law Firm has been characterized by indifference, and a complete lack of accountability. I would strongly advise anyone seeking legal representation to steer clear of this firm, as they have proven themselves to be unreliable and unsympathetic to the needs of their clients.

I contacted them last year (2021) June to reopen my workerscomp case since my symptoms in my elbow had worsened. I was told to go see the doctor preferably the one that did surgery on my elbow so that he could write a letter if and why the case should be reopened and than they would help me. I spent about $650 on a urgent care visit, a MRI and a consult with the surgeon. He wrote his findings. They were exactly as are needed to reopen the case. But when I came at Shook and Stone with this they refused to help me. According to Kevin Kampschror it was not enough to reopen the case. He needed me to have at least more surgery before taking the case. For the rest he could only pat himself on the shoulder saying how important and how good a lawyer he is. He told me to go to my own Healthcare provider and get physical therapy. You should have told me that 4 months ago and I still would have had the opportunity to make a workerscomp case against my last employer. Unfortunately I can't anymore since it has been longer than 90 days. Thanks for the bad advice and bad information. And you shouldn't have your people call clients and ask them if they can please give an extra star on their google review. So unprofessional. It doesn't go with the name Shook and Stone. And when I got my case reopened myself without any help suddenly there is a phonecall from mister Shook himself. To please give him a call regarding the reopening of my case. What? Is there money to be made? I did return your call by the way but you never got in contact with me. And it took me a while but I succeeded to reopen my workerscomp case without help of Shook and Stone or any other lawyer for that matter. I got my physical therapy sessions I wanted and reimbursement of my out of pocket medical expenses I had to make to reopen the case. Maybe less dollar signs in your eyes would make you a better lawfirm. Start caring about your clients.

I've tried all week to contact and get an appointment with some to get represented for a disability case. They never called back after the first call. Called a second time, The woman they had call back didn't understand or speak very good English. Was asking 20 questions she literally didn't understand the answer to. Tells me she'll call back in 30 min with a time I can come in for an appointment, no call back. So I call back for the third time. Ask of I can come in. She says yes. So I drove an hour to get to their office just to get told no one could see me, that they would call today. I get up this morning to a message from lupe their whoever, telling me that they can't help me because I got upset with the lady that didn't speak or understand proper English. Wow!
