With all respect to the receptionist/intake person: ***** mental health and behavioral health are NOT the same thing. *****
I've never heard anyone describe PTSD/TBI/concussions/panic attacks/insomnia/nightmares/depression/anxiety/trauma as "behavioral" issues before… as if to say someone is just behaving poorly, and that's why they can't get/hold a job… Learn the difference.
