Well I feel like they did not help me much at all I did all my own foot work and when I called them almost never available to talk and I gave them more information then they had for me ....

They do not call back!!!

Called to get help with SSDI and was told I didn't have enough credits and was probably denied based on credits. I reiterated that I was medically denied and even sent in a picture of my denial letter. She was convinced that credits where my issue. I confirmed that even tho I had 10 years of working before my disability date and for a third time told the same thing. Had an almost 2hr wait time to verify the medical denial from the SS Help line. The website says you need 20 credits in 10 years ENDING IN YOUR DISABILITY. She thought that it was 10 years from today. Woke up to that call and wasted 1/2 day on B.S. Clean up duty. As a disabled vet this gave me a massive migraine.
