I have to pay off a credit card debt and I’m making payments once a month when my SSD comes in. I have been calling and making payments on time, I have been calling them for the last 5 days to make a payment and no one answers the phone and no one returns my messages. I told them straight out that this better not be held against me since no one is answering or returning my calls. I took another star away cause I still haven’t gotten any response to this statement and still no response to my calls or messages.

So I missed a court call with them because of personal reasons, they issued a capias so I called to work out a payment arrangement with them on the first payment they said they would have the capias removed another week went by they got paid still didn’t remove the capias despite saying they would. Almost 4 weeks later and they still haven’t kept their end of the deal. My husband has been calling to make the third payment and left voicemails and the woman will not call back so I will be making two payment this week if the lady would pick up her phone. I’m trying to work with them and pay down debt and it seems like they won’t work with me and keep their word the sheriff I spoke with said they need to contact him to remove the capias and they have not done that yet. I was told after first payment well it’s 4 weeks later. I have bank statements proving it was paid so it would be nice to have that removed already and to have the lady answer her phone so the third payment can be paid since no call was returned last week. Another will be made on Friday if again the call is picked up.

I would like to know what days David Fumudoh works, I have been calling him and he doesn't answer I need to talk to him to make an agreement for my card to avoid going to court

No communication. I paid off a debt and it was emergent that I receive notification of this. I’m on my 4th day of leaving Greg voicemails, multiple a day and no response.

Instead of calling or doing as I asked and sending me a monthly statement since they are so antiquated they don’t even offer online payment options a phone line with no message opportunity when you return their calls only to have them take a judgment on an almost completely paid off item not once but twice . I’m really grateful I can afford it but warning people they are just as bad as every other debt collector and I will be filing a suit with my own attorney so I will limit what I am saying to this per his advice. Watch your back with these bottom feeders for your own good . Oh and to be clear my identity was stolen and I am paying off debt that I never incurred and I have police reports to prove it, I was not a deadbeat.

Not a very good experience maybe they should give joseph a class on medical issues and speaking to people and jason then called who is the supervisor and was helpful in resolving this matter and would like to thank him for his help and was very courteous and understanding

Extremely desperate failed attorney who survives off pedaling credit card debts. Terrible human being, represents all the negative stereotypes of an attorney. Sad, but the America we live in today. My name has been edited because of Google algorithm’s privacy concerns controlled by our tyrannical government. No mistake. I’m working with Gregg, who is a good guy. But the firm is absolutely atrocious. Like your passive aggressive response.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the courtesy and patience extended to me by Gregg while negotiating my debt account. I have never been in this type of situation. I was enrolled in another program that was supposed to assist me in handling my delinquent account. From the first call to my first payment yesterday, Gregg has been the ultimate professional, treating me with respect and dignity. He needs to be applauded for his work ethnic as it is a reflection of your company.

I had to pay off a debt and had the pleasure with working with Scott and Jason. We were able to work toward a settlement quickly and all in one phone call. I appreciate the humanity they showed. I hope I never have to work with them again (lol) but I would recommend these gentlemen and this law office.
