The people at Schreiber Law are very good to deal with. Being in debt can very stressful but they work with you. melvin and Belinda are the best! They worked with me to set up a payment plan and answered all of my questions and concerns. They are actually very caring and respectful for debt collectors.

I worked with the manager Jason Victor concerning a debt that was transferred over. Mr. Victor went above and beyond to help me settle my debt expeditiously and was very caring in regards to my situation. We need more people in the world like him.

No one likes debt but my experience with Melvin @ Schreiber Law has been wonderful. They really do want to work with you and don’t strong-arm or guilt you into a settlement you can’t afford.

I received a phone call from from this place on 10/19/23 and returned their call on 10/20/23 at 3:22pm. As I was speaking to one their customer service reps, I asked them if this call is related to a past debt I may own(Although, I do not recall having an unresolved debt or unpaid balance to anybody to this day, I figured I would investigate it just to be certain). He insisted that I provide my full address, DOB and last 4 of my SSN# in order to proceed. With good faith, I told him that I simply can not do that and just give that personal information right away unless he tells me the reason for the call I received. Not long after I realized that I won't go far with continuing speaking with him, I asked if I may speak his supervisor and I was fortunate enough to be rewarded with response of "He WILL tell you the same thing." I found this response is enough evidence for me to question the legitimacy of this place based on unbusinesslike experience I had so far. After I was put on a dead-silence hold, I finally got directed to his supervisor Marvin. Then I politely asked him if the call I received the other day is related to a debt I may own by any chance. Not to my surprise, he immediately went on a rampage that how I was being unreasonable by not providing the sensitive personal information his co-worker(the rep) has asked. He attempted to disregard my concerns for not willing to give him my personal information to anyone who can pickup the phone dial a number to scam people. At this point I'm still trying to find out if who and/or if I owned anyone money, but instead he seems to be more concerned with ganging up with the rep I spoke earlier and trying to convince me that how rightful they are to "confirm" my SSN, DOB and full address to even begin telling me who I own money to. Before he could continue his rampant about whatever he couldn’t get over with, I asked if his office could send me a formal letter in the mail explaining the reason why they reached out to me and this was acknowledged by him. I advise anyone to not give any sensitive info over the phone until they are 100% sure that it's coming from a legitimate source. If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck.

This Lawyer firm put a lien on my property. I am not the defendant on the Court case... Costing me thousands of dollars to sell my property. When discussing with them, they Laugh on the phone when I ask who is going to cover these cost of my time and fees. Very unprofessional.
