THIS COMPANY IS JOKE, I TRIED TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS ON MY ACOUNT THEY REFUSE TO LISTEN ABOUT MY SITUTIATION, THEY HARDLY ANSWER THE PHONES AND WHEN THEY DO YOU GET THE RUN AROUND, ALL THEY CARE IS ABOUT IS WAGE GARIMENTS AND YOU DO GET HOLD OF THEM THEY REFUSE TO LOWER THE AMOUNT, PLUS WHAT I HAVE FOR AMOUNT IS LOWER, THEN WHAT THEY SAYS, CROCKS

After first this company seemed like they were just trying to do their job and were nice … then they received my full payment and we didn’t have to go to court for this messy thing… I have called them 11 times and 4 emails to simply get a receipt.. the refuse to call me back or atleast submit the payment to the court … they are terrible people who only treat you good till they get what they want then then are going to make the process painful for you.. ask for a lawyer when dealing with this company

These people are HORRIBLE! No professionalism or empathy at all. You should be ashamed of yourselves, you are working with the public and have a nerve to be condescending with a nasty attitude! I had old debt that I wanted to clear up....so I finally made the phone call. Wish I called sooner. Belinda was not only professional, but kind..... I guess we expect confrontation, but the experience was just the opposite. After speaking with her, I made arrangements with her to pay off the debt without any drama. Thanks Belinda!!!
