Schreiber law represented a creditor of mine and we settled out of court. They are responsive and very easy to work with to come to a resolution. Being in the Real Estate field, Schreiber Law would be a firm that I would work with in the future if I have any deals in New Hampshire as well

I received a letter from small claims court on September 20 and on September 21st I called the law firm to set up payment arrangements rather than go to court. The agent I spoke with told me there was no need to contact the court because they would notify the court of my payment arrangement. I was also told that I would receive a legal binding document in the mail agreeing to my payment arrangement. I have not received this legal binding document yet and they never notified the court. I have called several times and I still have not received a receipt of payment for the payments I have made. I also spoke with the court and was told that this law firm should have notified the court. seems like they don’t know what they’re doing to me. Very unprofessional!

Will not settle my debt fairly they do not respect low income families.

Been trying to get in contact with someone for over a week now. No calls back. No one answers the phones.

I made payment arrangements with this company. Had an outstanding debt. My payment has yet to clear from my bank account. I called twice and was disconnected while speaking to someone. I emailed the person in charge of my account haven’t heard anything. They were very rude and condescending when I made payment arrangements. I regret making arrangements I should’ve let them take me to court. Do not do business with these people. They are unprofessional to say the least.

I unfortunately ended up in debt collection due to college and credit cards. Belinda Benson was my caseworker and she was extremely helpful and very understanding. She would call and check in on me and be very warm and welcoming. I highly recommend all of her services!
