Matheu's professionalism with handling my divorce was what everyone hopes to obtain when retaining an attorney. His knowledge of the law combined with having myself and MY CHILDREN's best interest in mind eased the pain through a difficult process. I hired Matt Nunn and Mark Wechsler to represent me in my divorce. Matt is extremely knowledgeable on the laws and really cares about his clients and their best interests. It is ironic how Matheu Nunn's reviews are so positive yet his handling of my case was a complete disaster from day one. He never took control of the case other than from the point when it was turned over to him from another co-attorney in his office. He messed up my case and then told me he was no longer handling my case. He is too worried about his other jobs priorities rather than his less important clients.

Mat represented me in a divorce from myhusband. He and Mark Wecsler were on top of everything. I could not have been happier. They were pricey, but you get what you pay for. I would recommend them and would higher them again if needed.

Terrible experience. If you'd like your attorney to forget everything you tell them, charge you on the .25 instead of a .1 and draft your documents riddled with errors and typos, then this firm is for you!

I was reeling from a divorce trial gone terribly wrong. My ex-wife's "egregious" behavior left me and our kids financially destitute in a rental duplex here in NJ while she spent our family money in a luxury Florida townhouse. Inexplicably, the trial judge acknowledged her fault but ordered me to pay $2,600 monthly alimony anyway. I was hopeless. Bonnie Frost and Matheu Nunn of Einhorn, Ascher and Harris assured me they would help me. Matheu proceeded to write the most magical Appellate brief and argued it successfully. My alimony was extinguished and the decision published. Now, Matheu's amazing accomplishment will help others like me for the rest of time. Even the trial judge whose divorce order was appealed called Matheu up to thank him for putting a "point on the stick" for egregious behavior and its implications for future use in arriving at family law decisions that are no longer just legal decisions but just ones as well.
