Victor Saul was recommended from a friend and we used him for selling a property. He was easy and pleasant to work with and stood up to the buyer when they tried something illegal on the day of closing. We were so happy with him and his staff, we used him a few months later for a purchase. He is now our ‘go to’ real estate attorney!

Victor made my whole bankruptcy process very smooth. Victor answered any and all questions I’ve had in a timely manner. I definitely would recommend Victor to anyone looking into the bankruptcy process.

Rude and dismissive sums up Mr. Sauls disposition. I wouldn’t bother calling him for anything. I recommend going to a reputable law firm and paying more to deal with professionals. You get what you pay for.

Nice man with sound advice

Although I couldn't retain Mr. Saul , his practice is not only NICE and attentive but VERY honest and sympathetic to one's troubles.. Thanks for THAT ; almost as good as a victory in court!

Mr Saul explained everything to me and walked through the process. It was something I had not experience before so I was a novice of what expect. Mr Saul was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I would definitely recommend him.

Victor gets the job done, explains accurately time frame, and PROMPTLY returns call, and emails , which is amazing considering the amount of cases he handles daily. Highly recommend to anyone with a family case situation .

Victor was the first lawyer I ever corresponded with when I was dealing with a tenant (my brother - lesson learned and don't recommend renting to family!) that missed a rent payment and gave me headaches all the way around the 2 years he lived at my 2nd property. I paid Victor a consultation fee (after the fact - he never required/requested) and that was enough to help lead to the result of my brother moving out and my condo listed for sale in less than 2 months when I thought it would take significantly longer. Victor could have made significantly more money but kept advising me to "make a deal" and it worked. So grateful and thanks so much to help me move on to my next chapter!
