Be prepared to advocate for yourself and follow up regularly with the office on unresolved questions and issues. They basically functioned as messengers for us, but gave very little advice or counsel. Paralegal was prompt via email, but often incomplete, leading to further follow up questions.

Prerak advised us for adjustment of status - marriage based including EAD renewal. He is an outstanding lawyer as he clearly explained the whole process during the first meeting. We uploaded our information on his online portal and the case documents were prepared and sent well. He is very responsive on his email and text SMSs, and his responses are prompt and detailed. He is very well updated on the current immigration law and advises clearly. We also sought his advise on our mother's extension of stay application and that was great too. Zaveri Law Firm would explain you the limitations of the case and wouldn't unnecessarily ask you an initial consultation which most law firms would a considerable fee basis if the case. Beside, they will give their advise and as to why the case is out of hands of any law office.
