Mr. Andrew Roth is an amazing attorney. He helped me with my property short sale. Although this was supposed to be a walk in the park for all of us, the buyer made the situation more frustrating with her high demands and offensive behavior. I did not believe this approval would be accomplished since another negotiator failed. Andrew worked many hours on these files with the banks. This short sale had a first and second mortgage. I retained Andy Roth to help me sell a residential property. It was a distressed property and I had been struggling for years to short sell it. Andy recommended an amazing realtor, who found a buyer and had a contract on the house within a month. Andy then convinced my lender to forgive the debt entirely, and was even able to get my lender to pay me a relocation fee. Although I’ve heard that short sales can take a long time to complete, the whole process – from the time we listed the property with the realtor until we actually closed on the sale – took only about four months. Andy was a pleasure to work with. He was always available for questions during the day, evenings, and weekends. He made the difficult and emotionally draining process of selling a distressed property as easy and painless as I could have hoped for, and my family and I are grateful to have had his help.
