Professional, Responsive and Knows his stuff! Andy Roth handled a very tricky real estate transaction for us. We sold our home in NJ after a move to England. So the entire transaction was done with us being across the pond. Andy clearly knows his stuff regarding real estate. The buyers attorney was making some big demands and Andy helped us navigate the requests letting us know which ones were reasonable and which ones were not. Throughout the process Andy kept us informed and provided us counsel and guidance and helped us keep our sanity! If you are looking for someone professional with great client service and tons of experience, I would highly recommend Andy Roth as a real estate attorney.

Fred is not only a great attorney, he’s a great guy. I had a ticket for speeding and he had gone above and beyond to make sure that this would not affect my driving record. Recently worked with Gary and Randie at Giannantonio & Roth, LLC selling our house in NJ. We went through many failed offers and contracts (buyer pulling out without reason, radon issue, getting out of a iffy contract, etc.). Gary and his team patiently guided us in the right direction maneuvering all the legal issues and ensuring a smooth closing while protecting our interest at all times. You want someone like Gary and his team at your side especially things get complicated. They were also very reasonable with the fees they charged. Highly recommended in any real estate transaction representing you in a closing.

Horrible office, called 4 different days, 4 times an assistant took my phone number and name and still no response from a lawyer, they keep telling me that the lawyer will contact me by the end of the day and noone calls back. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I hired Mr. Goetz to represent my company on a collections dispute with a default customer. We attempted to use a reputable collections agency, but after multiple follow-up conversations, we were not happy with the results after 4 months of work. One of my associates recommended Mr. Goetz. After some research on his experience and tenure as an attorney, I was convinced enough to employ him. I decided to hire his services not only because of his reputation, but also since he was local and was readily available to meet if necessary. Its been 2 months since I placed the account with his team and I am more than impressed with the results! I decided to extend his hire for all other legal matters.

Okay, so it's been since April 2015 since I've closed on my first home with Andy. Up to that memorable moment I've worked with Andy off and on for close to a year! I offer my sincerest of apologies as I humorously note, "it's better late than never, I guess." LOL Well, I could give the whole run-down about the entire process of the home-buying exprience was for me but I will have to take up quite a few minutes of your time. Let me just state the facts as I had experienced them with Andy. See, I was worried about purchasing my first home and I did not know who to trust. Thanks to all of the wonderful reviews (which turned out to be far greater in my learning) of Andy I called and off we went from that day in June of 2014 to the day we closed. Andy gave me his word that he would fight for me at any time it would be warranted and that's just what he did. I went thru three offers, attorney reviews, and withdrawals (all of which I was thankful to have kept my good-faith bid money) before landing the successful closing of my current home. The lenders forgot to note that as a veteran, I expressed I wanted to go in with no money down. They tallied up the numbers in came up with the majical number of $2,400 just ONE DAY prior to closing day. Andy made it VERY clear to the lender that it was up to them to crunch their numbers without compromising my loan, but what he WASN'T going to do was make me bring a dime to the closing table (more than I was willing to agree to anyways). Sure enough when I arrived to the office on the day of closing, everything went off without a hitch and I was able to close with no money down... with the exception of the miscalculation of the property taxes paid for by the sellers on the deed. Turned out that I only had to place $84.05 into the sellers' hands and shake for the deal, leaving with my key as a FIRST TIME HOMEOWNERRRR!!!! Andy it's been a year and a half and I am still in my home with my two beautiful girls. You truly were a blessing to my life and the life of my little girls. You made this a memorable and pleasant exprience and I am truly grateful for that. I work in the Veterans Benefits Division of the the Department of VA. Every veteran that seems serious about purchasing a home and asks for referrals, I pass them your information without hesitation. Thanks Again, Andy!!!! For being the best to have ever done it!!!! I will be seeing you around the bend when it's time to sell and move up to our possible forever home.

This is our second time using this firm's services. The first time we needed help with a short sale. Mr. Roth was diligent at reaching and dealing with some very hostile banks. His dedication was comforting and a huge relief to us. Recently, we had the pleasure in needing his assistance again with a purchase. We couldn't be more satisfied with the attention to detail and prompt response to our deal. Mr. Roth is very dedicated and it shows. The office is conveniently located in Hackensack, parking is in the back of the building but I always find a spot right in front. Once you enter the office (which on the first floor) you are greeted immediately. The staff is courteous and friendly. I highly recommend them. This is the only firm we use for all our real estate needs!
