I found Giannantonio and Roth after two bad experiences with Real Estate attorneys. Gary then helped me navigate two very stressful apartment purchases, one of which fell through in an unpleasant way. Karen (paralegal) held my hand through my very hectic work schedule, keeping me on schedule with deposit deadlines, paperwork, etc. On the day of the closing (which was Gary's birthday incidentally) he delayed going home to his family, working past office hours with us through a protracted closing process (due to a minuscule error in seller paperwork), and got me through the purchase! The entire office is very supportive, and Gary is amazing. He is now my attorney for all other aspects of legal support I need. I highly recommend the firm!

Andrew Roth provided excellent help to us as we navigated through a very challenging real estate Transaction. We ended up backing away from the home purchase due to unforeseen problems found during the inspection contingency period. I have been on this website all day trying to get a lawyer who actually honor the whole "free consultation" thing. Most have either not called back or avoided it altogether. He actually gave me a real consultation where he elaborated thoroughly and gave me detailed answers to my questions. He was generous with his time, and even recommended something against his own self-interest (told me how I can take care of my situation without the help of a lawyer). All I can say is society needs more lawyers like him.

ADVISE: Stay away from this immigration office lawyer if you don’t want to end up with your case to sit on the limbo after just collected your money. In my entire life I have not seen such of irresponsible attorney. I hired for a case that involve filling a simple form that takes 15min. to fill up based on USCIS note. And end up with almost two years and nothing yet, No form has being sent and not answer from any office or him at all. There is a 100% chance that this is the professional service you will get.
