I was a mess until I spoke with Stuart Nachbar. I explained our situation to him and he could tell I was very nervous about the whole bankruptcy idea. He told me to just "breathe", and breathe I did. He explained every detail, answered every question and told me what to expect during the entire process. Everything went just as he explained and very timely. Dealing with a personal injury claim against our own insurance company for a minor Stuart went above and beyond. He was patient with my slow responses and walked me through things I did not understand. He got us a settlement and a zoom court date. Not quite sure what happened but at the end of it he had the settlement doubled. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. And he wil downplay everything. Just go with it.
