I worked with John on a case that my vehicle was involved (when someone else was driving my car). John was very helpful from the first day until the case was resolved. My case was always on zoom calls, and I didn't attend any court hearing in-person. I would highly recommend working with John From Avery Attorney firm.

These guys are an example of a great law office, called them over a small situation and they advised me how to go forward without charging me for the consultation - because it was something that didn't really require escalation. Will definitely be contacting them if I need legal help again.

Based on my experience, John Avery, Esq. is the best attorney. On November 2022, when I was driving on Anderson Ave. Cliffside Park, I was pulled over by police officer, When I disagreed his claim, he gave me 5 tickets total 16 points, that was when I learned I should stay silent against authority. I did goggle search, found John Avery Esq. and called him. Over phone, he took my case and explained procedure, fee was very fair. On March 9th 2023, I attended virtual court hearing, where Judge, prosecutor and John Avery Esq. discussed my case, and Judge dismissed 3 tickets, 2 tickets to less charges, fine, and no points. I thanked them and paid fine.

I want to start by saying thank you to John for all he did and the entire team over at Avery and Avery. I was involved in an incident recently where I felt like my whole world was about to crumble. I emailed them during a legal holiday and got a response back within 10 mins. The biggest surprise was he told me how I can fix my issue myself without trying to charge me for his help which I was ready to pay for. Very unprofessional called about getting "Same Name Affidavit " document , was told they could provide me with that document. Told me the attorney John was in court and would call be back. 3 weeks have past still no call back , very unprofessional.
