I couldn't possibly quantify what Mr. John Avery has meant, very professional, great communication and an absolute pleasure to work with. Was with me every step of the way, answered all questions and got me out of a difficult unfair jam. I highly recommend him to anyone who is ever in a tight situation. Thank you so much!!!!

He will find the best deal for you and/or win your case! John is my favorite lawyer he's a down to earth guy who can relate to most people's issues. He is on time, very professional, and only cares about his client's outcome being successful. I think he's the GOAT, he will find a way to win a trial or get the best possible deal with odds stacked against him. I personally called around multiple lawyers to represent me and out of all them I felt that John truly wanted to do this to help me, not just for money. I picked up a DWI and reckless driving charge and not only did I not have to take a risk and go to trial he helped resolve the issue and got them both dismissed! DWI's rarely ever get dismissed!

My elderly mother called me in a panic saying she was involved in an minor accident (no damage to her car) but that the police gave her 2 traffic violations for crossing a solid white line when trying to exit off Rt. 46 onto Grand Ave. She was in a panic and stressed about the 4 points and in the increase in insurance premiums. I talked to John and he was soothing and helpful. End result was 0 points. I never had to accompany my mother to court and the whole process couldn't have gone smoother. Highly recommend.
