Hands down the best lawyers in New Jersey! I had the pleasure to meet with both Mr Robert Avery and Mr John Avery. (Great individuals) I googled about Avery and Avery and read a lot of good reviews online so I decided to visit the office. From the very first visit I had a felling that I was in the right hands. To make the long story short - Mr. John helped me with my case and got me the best results. He was able to drop my case to a violation without having to go the (conditional discharge) route. I was so nervous about the whole process because this was my first time ever facing the judiciary system. I really see Mr. John as a family and a brother. He was always there to give me the best advise and stayed on top of my case. I was struggling financially during all these times..He never rushed me or called me once for the payments as long as he knew and trusted that I would get it to him. *Mr. John is very passionate about his job (specially to beat a cop in front of the judge) Honestly, I would recommend anyone in the Jersey area to hire these guys if you ever run into a problem. A few months ago, I made a huge mistake and thought it was going to cost me everything. I met with both Robert and John Avery at first, they listened to me carefully and after reviewing some of the evidence gave me everything from worst to best case scenarios. I felt they were honest and actually cared and so I felt comfortable letting them take on my case. The BEST decision I probably made. Staying in contact with me throughout any changes and working around my schedule, John Avery accompanied me to court and made it a smooth transition from beginning to end, and frankly he got me the best deal I could have possibly gotten. We Won! I had a semi accident and although a rookie and other questionable details were relevant, the police placed the blame in my court. John Avery believed in me and had my best interest at heart from day 1. Honestly, working with him has renewed my belief in the judicial process. Bottomline, I needed another chance, because I sacrificed so much for this career. John Avery was determined to give that to me. I gained so much knowledge from him and we spoke about several professional processes, he is a truly fine attorney and person. I walked away with a minor offense compared to Careless Driving, which could ruin a Truck Drivers Career. John is the best and his costs are beyond Fair, hope to not need his services ever again, but I highly recommend you hire him. By the way, I live in the Midwest, ticket was given in the East Coast, I never appeared in court once. Avery & Avery are the Best!!

If you have any legal issues, especially in the Bergen County area, I highly recommend using Avery & Avery. I had a most embarrassing and unfortunate incident; not only did the two gentlemen keep the mood light upon initial consultation (I will be forever embarrassed:)), Bob and especially John Avery, took control of the case in such a professional manner and went well above and beyond what my experiences with attorneys had been in the past. This Law Firm is The Best!!! I was researching a lot of other places and everyone else was either saying my DMV case was to small or to big or not giving me any information at all. Until I found Avery&Avery they took their time in hearing my case and with the little bit of info I gave them they me a few options. I hired them and I am very happy n grateful to say we came out winning BOTH cases and I am able to drive again after years of not driving.
