Drained my bank account a year after I allready settled. Had to go to the Supreme Court to get a letter sent to them to return the funds and they have not done that yet. No one answers the phone.

I have left numerous messages with no one calling back. Id like to settle my debt but I am unable to because of the lack of professionalism this place has. IF you get a live representative they have no idea, they transfer you to a machine to leave a message in which NO ONE GETS BACK TO YOU!!!! But they charge daily rate so your bill is higher besides the debt you have to pay.....

Called 10 times in 3 days left numerous voicesmails with callback number but no one called back. It seems like they are setup to make sure you account becomes a civil case.

Hard to get anyone and when ever I mailed my Cashier Check or Money order, I would not receive a notice that they received my payment or not even a receipt. So, I had to start making copies of my Cashier Checks and my bank receipts for proof that I made a payment to the company. Makes you wonder are they a real company!

They are extremely unprofessional, never get back to you or answer calls. I have made a payment agreement with them and received a scheduled payment receipt from bank but they never send any documents. I have to submit that bank receipt to court electronically.

Hunt and associates is probably the best law firm I've ever worked with. Jim Hunt is very attentive. Communicates often. Answers phone calls and returns them. He definitely fights for the best outcome and largest settlement possible. I have to say I'm very very Satisfied with my outcome. Do not go to these lawyers that you may hear on the radio because they do not communicate with you. They aren't as personable and they Will have you waiting for months for a callback and not knowing what's going on with Your case.
