I had a landlord vs tenant situation where i was the landlord. My tenants became squatters and i did not know how to deal with this situation. I needed to get them out asap. I was really scare when it came down to looking for a lawyer since it would be my first time. When i saw Jacobs reviews and how highly his clients spoke of him, i immediately picked up my phone and rang his office.
