We had used Jacob for the purchase of our new construction house and the sale of our townhouse. We were very pleased with his professionalism, quick replies, and knowledge surrounding both contracts. With any new construction, we faced delays pretty much from the start due to supply issues, and he helped us structure out townhouse sale contract to incorporate closing delays there as well. He easily interpreted the legalese into concepts we could understand and make decisions on. If we ever sell/buy a home again, we would definitely use him!

Highly recommend working with Jacob for any real estate purchases. He had the full process with key steps ready to explain to me up front, as well as very clear information on costs so there were no hidden fees. Any communication was clean and clear, and Jacob was easy to reach if I did have any follow up questions. Great experience overall!

Jacob and his associates were a tremendous help to me as I had to navigate two separate issues in order to complete the most important "house sale" Every 'i' was dotted and 't' crossed to make this happen. Outstanding job I couldn't have asked for better. Responsive, prompt, aware of deadlines, courteous, organized, understanding and open. I could go on. I don't think my situation was unique but certainly not 'run of the mill'. Awesome work !!!!!! It was a pleasure!!!!!!

We could not have been more pleased with the services and knowledge Jacob Davidson provided. He did an excellent job of creating several documents for my brother: will, general durable power of attorney, advanced directive for health care, and durable power of attorney for health care. He listened to our desires, gave advice and created the perfect documents for my brother. Jacob also responded quickly to every email and phone call and created the documents in a very timely fashion. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
