My experience with Jake was amazing. We were in a tough spot with a landlord dispute and Jake was excellent at guiding us. We were satisfied with the end outcome and don't think we could have gotten anywhere near such a positive result without him. Additionally Jake was patient with us- he explained the law in a way we could understand and make decisions. I appreciate his direct, yet compassionate style. Jacob was an excellent attorney to work with. It was our first time selling in NJ and we had a set of special circumstances to deal with. He was knowledgeable, professional, fought for our best interest, and stood in as a power of attorney for us selling out of state. If we ever deal with real estate in NY or NJ again, I'd absolutely hire his team again.

Jake and his team did a great job ushering through the sale of my property to a tenant. This was an off market sale without realtors involved and he drew up the contract and dealt with all the other steps in a thorough manner. He communicated clearly and turned everything around quickly. It was a pleasure to have him handle this deal compared to my past experiences with other attorneys. I’ve also hired Jake to handle other landlord tenant matters for which he was equally qualified and successful in handling.
