Jane-Marie Schaffer worked with me on estate planning. She was informative, yet never overwhelmed me with too much information. She was a good listener, patient, and seemed genuinely interested in understanding my goals. The results were exactly what I needed. My wife and I met with David Kubikian to put a family trust in place along with Powers of Attorney and Health Proxies. David provided excellent advice and information about the Trust and his team did a great job providing the document that we signed. David takes a complex subject like trusts and makes it relatively uncomplicated. We are so happy with our new Family Trust and the process used to put it in place. It was a very good feeling upon signing the documents.

My mother just got some documents done at Herzog Law. She had a will, power of attorney, health proxy and transferred a deed. If you are looking for this kind of thing to be done this is the place to go! The firm is so professional, friendly and efficient. David and Sherry are the greatest! One other plus is when you call you actually get to talk to a person and not have to wait a week for a call back. Also it’s a FREE 1 hour consultation which is rare. Most places charge you anywhere from $500 to $1000. So grateful for Herzog Law!!
