Daniel Glaser was our amazing real estate attorney he made purchasing a house in new york extremely easy! He was always there to answer questions and to help whenever we needed he was very responsive very professional and very knowledgeable we will be using Daniel again if we ever purchase another home or Property in new york I know I will be using Herzog Law Firm in the future for all our home and family law needs !

Be very careful of this firm, especially Debra Verni, while they will advise a Medicade Trust is nonrevocable they will then create a process to break the protective nature of the trust so her firm can bill costs, trustees can be changed thus allowing protected assets to be spent. She is not dedicated to the original fiduciary intent of the trust along with the creators requests. This firm and woman need to be investigated how they behave and operate their elder law business.
