I have worked with David for years in my role as PofA for a relative. His guidance and explanations have been very helpful. I have moved my own will, etc to his office and everything was done correctly and quickly.

My wife and I set up a Family Trust this month. Dave Kubikian was very informative and helpful with helping us to accomplish our goals with the trust. Each section of the trust was totally explained to us. Our children were in the meeting too and felt very confident with what Dave was doing for us. If you are thinking about a trust, we would certainly recommend Dave Kubikian and the Herzog Law Firm. You won’t be disappointed!

At that meeting and at subsequent appointments we came to discover how brilliant he is. He knows the Law so well it seems he has memorized most relevant laws. He is very Professional and still has an appropriate sense of humor. Sherry Ryczek, his Paralegal Assistant has amazing patience. Recently, my wife and I met with Mr. David Kubikian (Dave) of the Herzog Law Firm to revisit our Estate Planning documents that the Herzog Law Firm prepared for us some years ago. Dave came to the meeting very well prepared and started off the meeting very cordially. Family like if you will. On May 11,2023 my husband and I came to jane-marie Schaeffer for him to make a new POA. I was told at a later date by another lawyer that she did not give me the entire POA as my husband requested. It was only partial which crippled my POA abilities. She also failed to notify my husband's previous POA holder that's his POA was now voided.

Great experience from start to finish with estate planning. I highly recommend my family and friends to use their services!
