No communication from estate lawyer Jane or paralegal Janice in months. Paperwork came in the mail today with names misspelled, wrong parent's death mentioned, incorrect financial information and incoherent sentences. Maybe a negative review will help me to get a phone call or email returned. Disgusted to have to deal with this at the one year anniversary of my mother's passing.
