We have done work with David Kubikian and find him to be extremely helpful and resourceful. He met with my elderly father and was patient and professional taking the time to explain information about trusts and the importance of them. He is personable and I would recommend friends, family and anyone who would like someone who cares about their family member or themselves to see Herzog Law and David Kubikian for help.

I'm writing in praise of Attorney Kubakian. I'll start by saying I'd not really had much knowledge of wills, trusts, or estate planning only a short while back. I first met Dave at a seminar where I was impressed with his knowledge, easy manner and approachability. As I'd already been to several other introductory lectures by then where I felt pressured and in the presence of salesmen, my sense of Attorney Kubakian's sincerity was refreshing. From the start, he presented as a professional who actually wished to help me decide what might be best for me...even if it were less monetarily rewarding for him. He has never disappointed me on any count as he has been beyond patient; explaining all clearly, even when I was in need of several "repeat courses". Always, he has been responsive to my many questions, and though at present I finally begin to have a better understanding of how to "work" with my trust, I am confident that when I need further coaching, attorney Kubakian will be within reach to help me through any gray areas which might present. I am only pleased that I chose to engage his service and it is my pleasure to award him the highest of recommendations.

David assisted my partner and I with the writing of our will(s) and the establishment of a power of attorney for each of us. He clearly explained all factors and was both kind and professional. The fee charged was very reasonable. Highly recommended! Liz

My dad has last will and testament done here and I just don't find them to be professional. The receptionist was nice that is as far as I will go.

I had a trust set up by this firm for my mom’s estate. As time went on and as my mother needed to be moved into a nursing home, there were actions taken by me that invalidated the trust. In order to help rectify the situation the Herzog firm suggested actions that cost her estate AND ME $15,000 without justification. I then went to the Ettinger Law Firm that gave me much better advice and proper resolution. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE HERZIG FIRM TO ANYONE.

I had a 20-minute phone consultation with Daniel and was immediately moved by his compassion. He was so giddy and friendly that I forgot that I was talking to an actual attorney. He made me feel valuable and even expressed ambitious interest in taking my case. Although, we did not move forward after the consultation, I would definitely recommend this firm.
