Update: So finally i received my settlement which was less then i expected but at least I’m done with this law firm. The only person who stood consistent and showed compassion was Ms.Poly. She’s the only one in this law firm that stood on top of things and communicated with me thru out the process. Let me tell you this law firm is the worse. They had two cases of mines. First case i wasn’t even notified properly. They sent notification via mail and then sent to my old address when i had informed them i moved. They sued the wrong NYC Department mind you i had transfered this case to them due to my previous lawyers was too far or a commute. So them suing the wrong department is unheard of i should sue for malpractice. Shows you they don’t look at their case files correctly. My second case it’s been three months since they settle and yet not once in 3 months I’ve been given updates. THEY HAVE TOO MANY PEOPLE TOUCHING YOUR CASE. I can name at minimum 2 lawyers, 4 paralegals. This place doesn’t know what left hand and right hand is doing. They don’t keep you informed of anything. You have to go on a hunt to get anybody on the phone and get information. Every time i had depositions etc i had different lawyers coming and representing which the lawyers just read your case the day of to get familiar. From my experience this is law firm a joke. They don’t stay on top of stuff, your case may sit around and they may even have you lose a case. Can’t wait to be done with them i would not recommend. If your looking for punctual,responsible, get the job done lawyers. They aren’t the ones. These reviews have to be fake or the people reviewing don’t care or have any experience dealing with lawyers and only gave this place 5 stars after they got their settlements etc.
