I reached out to the firm due to a rear end car accident. Everyone from the receptionist to the attorneys are very professional, and very courteous. They are very prompt to return to any questions or concerns you have. The attorney that I had was Mike Bersani and he was well experienced and gave me the best options in my case. He was very detailed and thorough when looking through the case, and provided more than an expert experience. I highly suggest going with this firm if you have any injuries in the future as I will if I have any unforeseen events.

Awful receptionist!! When you look up a profession on Google and suggestions come up, consumers tend to follow suggestions and call them for retainment. When I did this, I was met with the ugliest attitude because I was apparently calling an injury attorney when I needed a labor attorney. She needs to be fired! I promise you she is losing the firm thousands just on how she answers the phone.

I cannot say enough about the professional & personal attention Mike Bersani gave to me. He was very sentitive regarding my injury but extremely thorough with investigating every detail of the case. I cannot rate based on service only the fact that I reached out to be a potential client. I had called and being it was close to a holiday weekend, this was near Thanksgiving, I had left a voice-mail stating all my info for me and a number. I had also reached out via their website. I left my info on there, as well as some info on my case. No returns on either! Figured that was my sign to stay with my current firm! I'm sure they have great attorneys there and this in no way reflects their services only the fact that I was never contacted back!

I was in a vehicle as a passenger and out of no where an unmarked 90 degree left hand turn came about and the driver wasn't able to make the turn properly. This resulted in the compression fractures of my l2 and 3 vertebrae's. I was in constant pain and couldn't believe I had broken my back at 23 ending my military career. He hired a private investigator and a civil engineer for my case. during our meeting it was always stress free and professional. I would recommend 10/10 to anyone.
