Mike Bersani of Michaels and Smolak represented me when I fell and injured my knee. Mike was very thorough and patient and always explained everything that was taking place, in layman terms, and kept me informed. He was very professional and yet very user friendly. Michael Bersani represented me after an accident where the defendant was clearly at fault. However, much proof would be needed to prove either negligence or get me a fair settlement. I admire the amount of background work he did which was instrumental in getting me a very good settlement. Also, having never been involved in a personal injury lawsuit, Michael was very patient explaining the legal issues. You're in good hands with Michael Bersani and the firm of Michaels & Smolak.s & Smolak.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Mike for many years. When I was injured in a motor vehicle accident Mike was there for me. Other attorneys I spoke with suggested that the case would be difficult and the settlement meager. Mike was able to obtain a $35,000 settlement without us even having to appear in court. Clearly, his reputation preceded him and the other side folded before the trial was even scheduled. Trust Mike and his firm to get you the monetary award you deserve. They are the best attorneys out there.
